By doing so, we avoid protracted negotiations and establish an atmosphere of cooperation and compromise.

It is crucial to highlight the numerous benefits that come with reaching an agreement that satisfies both parties’ expectations. Emphasise that finding a middle ground enables a smoother and expedited transaction, minimising the risk of the deal falling through due to prolonged negotiations.
